Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and creative skills to effectively promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, digital marketing, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships from prospecting to post-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, and management) to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Manage social media campaigns, digital ads, and promotional events to boost brand awareness.
• Track and report performance metrics, ROI, and lead conversion data.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company and strengthen partnerships.
• Support in developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, case studies, and digital content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,089.89 - ₹54,801.90 per month
