Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and pursue sales leads, support customer acquisition, and maintain strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include training team members, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide training and guidance to sales team members
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to maximize opportunities
• Ensure smooth sales operations and deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Food & Beverage or HORECA sector is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Must have own bike, CNIC, and a professional reference

Compensation:

• Minimum Salary: PKR 15,000
• Commission: 2–10% on every gram sold – the more you sell, the more you earn
