Business Development and Marketing Executive


About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development and Marketing Executive to support both outbound sales activity and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate can combine structured outreach with strong marketing capability, helping drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth.


This is a full-time hybrid role suited for someone who is confident in personalised outreach, digital campaign management, and communication across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development and Outreach


  • Build and segment targeted lead lists based on defined ideal customer profiles.
  • Conduct personalised email and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture and progress conversations.
  • Record all activity, interactions, and updates accurately within the CRM.
  • Support the creation and organisation of case studies, testimonials, and sales collateral.
  • Test and refine messaging strategies based on performance and feedback.


Marketing and Lead Generation


  • Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage and develop email marketing campaigns using segmented data.
  • Oversee and update the company website to ensure accuracy, clarity, and SEO alignment.
  • Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Support paid advertising activity including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyse key marketing and outreach metrics and present performance insights.
  • Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies when required.


About You


  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or a similar B2B role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Confident in email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to suggest improvements and test new ideas.
  • Experience working with UK-based companies is preferred.


Working Hours

Full-time, hybrid

2 PM to 10 PM (PK Time)
