Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads, prospects, and new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
  • Present and demonstrate company services/products to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and report progress.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and lead generation.
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Experience in B2B or software/IT industry is a plus.
