Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
Do you have a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and storytelling? We’re searching for a creative, strategic Marketing Specialist who can inspire clients, grow our digital presence, and shine a spotlight on the life-changing transformations we create every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop attention-grabbing campaigns that showcase our aesthetics services and hair replacement solutions.
• Create engaging content (before/after stories, educational posts, videos, and reels) for social media, email, and our website.
• Manage social channels and build an active, supportive community.
• Track metrics, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client insights.
• Collaborate with our team to highlight client experiences, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Support events, workshops, photoshoots, and client-focused marketing activities.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of experience in marketing (beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry is a plus!).
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills—especially visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and paid advertising.
• A creative mindset with strong communication and organization.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation.
• Confidence in directing photoshoots or filming short promotional content.
