Role Description

This is a primarily in-store role with some remote content work. The Sales & Marketing Specialist will support customers on the sales floor and help build our online brand through social media, content creation, and basic digital marketing.

Responsibilities

In-store:

• Greet and assist customers
• Learn herbal and ginseng products to explain benefits clearly
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising
• Operate the cash register and answer phone calls
• Prepare small online orders or assist with packing as needed

Marketing / Remote Work

• Create, edit, and post photo/video content for social media and ads (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Amazon)
• Assist with SEO and ad campaign content on Google, Amazon, Yelp, and Meta
• Support online customer inquiries via chat, email, and social platforms
• Help improve reviews, loyalty, and customer retargeting efforts

Qualifications

• Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbs is required
• Bilingual Chinese/English required; Cantonese or Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience making social media content (photo, video, captions)
• Basic editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative, CapCut, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable standing and working on-site for most of the day
• Weekend availability preferred

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
