Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Karachi, Sindh. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales strategies, performing customer outreach, building client relationships, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting market research to identify new opportunities, providing customer service support, assisting in training sales staff, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve sales goals.
• Experience in Training to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Proven organizational and analytical skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge and/or background in finance is considered an asset.
• Candidate must be fluent in English
