Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our administrative and business setup services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, maintaining client relationships, and supporting company growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company services such as business setup, trade license, PRO services, and other administrative services.
• Identify new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and online platforms.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments (admin, accounting, PRO team) for smooth service delivery.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
• Support marketing activities such as social media promotion, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in administrative services, business setup, or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of UAE business setup and administrative services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
