Sales And Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Kimie Rights IP. The individual in this role will manage and develop sales strategies, foster customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee training programs for sales teams. Responsibilities include evaluating sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide and mentor teams for achieving set objectives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with marketing analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
