Role Description

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and streamlining sales and operational processes, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities, and supporting the sales team with reporting and customer account management. You will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage the full sales and operations cycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights to aid in decision-making.

Coordinate the sales process with customers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt response to inquiries.

Maintain and update CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and seamless execution of operations.

Support the implementation of strategies to improve sales efficiency and help meet sales targets.

Ensure exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the sales process.

Provide solutions to complex sales-related problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in export sales, relationship management, and operations in an international sales environment.

At least 2 years of experience in the MV switchgears and transformers industry is a must.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering).

Proficiency in Sales Operations processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships and handle inquiries efficiently.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No travel restrictions, with a willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is desirable.


Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with operational systems related to sales processes.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and tight deadlines.
