Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operation Manager with at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and a strong understanding of the Dubai logistics sector. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and ensure seamless freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and oversee daily freight forwarding operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors, especially in Dubai.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with international and local freight regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with specific experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Dubai import/export regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
