Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager from the lubricant industry to oversee sales growth, operational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will balance commercial strategy with day-to-day operational control to ensure sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
- Manage key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor pricing, margins, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Operations Management
- Oversee sales order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales commitments and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost control.
Team & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and monitor sales and support teams.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive accountability.
- Act as a bridge between sales, production, and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in the lubricant / oil & grease industry.
- Strong understanding of lubricant products, applications, and markets.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and operational coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).
- UAE market experience is a strong advantage.
