Sales and Operations Assistant

Cactus Jack’s Auto Sales is a rapidly growing automotive sales and finance company with locations across Arizona and Texas. The Role

As a Sales and Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping all aspects of the dealership and the customer experience running smoothly and efficiently. You'll master our systems and processes, support vehicle merchandising, help maintain a clean and professional dealership environment, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while building valuable skills and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and properly merchandise new inventory arriving at the dealership
• Assist in maintaining a clean and professional dealership environment, both inside and outside
• Complete vehicle transfers between dealerships
• Assist in preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Clearly explain our Buy-Here Pay-Here (BHPH) process and payment structures
• Collect and verify required documentation (“stips”) to ensure fundable deals
• Accurately process sales in our Dealer Management System
• Deliver a professional, seamless, and high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supporting role (automotive or retail is a plus)
• Comfortable with phone-based and digital communication (call, text, email)
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Availability to work retail hours, including Saturdays and most holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
