AI Outreach & Operations Assistant (In-Person, 4 Hours Daily)

📍 Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad (Home Office-Based Role)

🕒 Timings: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

💼 Type: In-Person, Part-Time

💰 Stipend: PKR 25,000–35,000/month (Performance-based growth)

About Us

We’re a Initial stage fast-moving startup working at the intersection of land planning, AI, and digital automation .

Our core business revolves around site plans, subdivision layouts, and permit-ready drawings for US-based builders and developers — and we’re now building AI-based outreach and automation systems to scale this.

You’ll be joining a creative founder-led environment — no corporate hierarchies, no HR noise — just focused, deep work and learning.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the founder on:

• Managing day-to-day coordination with international freelancers and clients.
• Assisting in documenting workflows, templates, and SOPs for repeatable projects.
• Learning and using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, Apollo,Make Ai, N8n etc.) for marketing and outreach.
• Supporting LinkedIn outreach and Google ads Campaings — messages, follow-ups, tracking responses.
• Preparing short posts, email replies, and reports using AI-assisted writing.
• Experimenting with automation tools (Zapier, Power BI dashboards, and more) for sales Tracking.

Basically, you’ll be learning how a lean AI-driven B2B and DTC agency operates from the inside .

Growth Path

After 3 months:

• You’ll start managing your own AI-based outreach campaigns.
• You’ll assist in building internal dashboards and client pipelines.
• You’ll be promoted to AI Outreach & Systems Manager with higher pay and revenue-based bonuses.
