SALES AND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

  • Coordinate between sales, estimation, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project and sales workflows.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and pre-qualification documents.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, tender logs, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
  • Track enquiries, submitted offers, approvals, and contract awards; provide regular status reports to management.
  • Assist in client communication, meeting coordination, document submission, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate operational requirements including material requests, manpower deployment, and site documentation in line with project needs.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of invoices, delivery notes, work completion reports, and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for approvals and information flow.
  • Maintain proper filing and control of contracts, LPOs, drawings, correspondence, and project records.
  • Monitor project progress in coordination with site teams and highlight delays, risks, or dependencies.
  • Support compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
  • Perform general administrative and coordination tasks to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
