Sales and Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating daily transport operations to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closures.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Plan routes, allocate vehicles, and manage trip schedules efficiently.
• Monitor daily operations and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Maintain records of transport activities, client communications, and billing.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Provide periodic reports to management on sales performance and operational status.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC routes, vehicle types, and transport operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with transport management systems.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
