Job Outline:
We are seeking a highly empathetic Sales & Operations Specialist with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence. In this role, you will engage with couples and members to understand their preferences, curate bespoke date experiences, and ensure seamless service delivery from ideation to execution. This role blends customer interaction, experience curation, operational coordination, and sales-driven relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive member acquisition and engagement through targeted sales outreach, networking events, and digital campaigns.
- Manage onboarding, servicing, and retention of community members to maintain high satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks, including event logistics, vendor management, and internal workflow tracking.
- Use CRM systems to monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records, and generate regular reports on leads, conversions, and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, community, content) to ensure seamless program execution and up-to-date communications.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across both sales and operations.
- Resolve customer and member queries promptly, ensuring top-tier service standards.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to support new partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales or operations, ideally within a community organization, startup, or B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis to support growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and deadline orientation.
- Experience in event or program management is a plus.
