Sales and Operations Executive - Technical Services

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Executive specializing in Technical Services to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in maintenance services, waterproofing, AC duct cleaning, painting, and general technical services. You will be responsible for bringing new business, managing existing clients, supervising site operations, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads and convert them into projects
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for daily operations
Ensure timely completion of projects with quality standards
Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain reports, follow-ups, and CRM updates

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE technical/maintenance services

Strong knowledge of waterproofing, painting, AC duct cleaning, gypsum, handyman & general maintenance work
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE Driving License preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM)
