Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
  • Coordinate with clients and dealers for follow-ups, payments, and dispatch schedules.
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
  • Support the field sales team with documentation, lead tracking, and after-sales coordination.

Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including logistics coordination, dispatch, and stock management.
  • Coordinate between production, purchase, and sales departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track material movement, order status, and service claims.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & operations reports for management.

Customer & Dealer Support

  • Handle warranty and service claim communications.
  • Ensure timely updates and resolutions for customer concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new dealers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 0-1 years in sales coordination, operations, or similar roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM, inventory, or ERP systems (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and handle operational pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
