Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Procurement Associate to join our team in Kochi. The selected candidate will support both sales operations and procurement activities related to aircraft parts and components.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates interested in developing a career in aviation supply chain and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and lead times.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and purchase orders.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, MRO organizations, and airline clients.

Support lead generation and repeat business initiatives.

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.

Procurement Responsibilities

Source aircraft parts and materials from approved global suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.

Evaluate supplier performance and reliability.

Maintain inventory levels based on operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with aviation documentation and traceability standards.

Administrative & Reporting

Update ERP or inventory systems with order and sales data.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Coordinate with finance teams for billing and payment processing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.

Knowledge of aircraft parts or aviation industry terminology is an advantage.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
