Sales and Procurement Engineer

Job Opportunity: Sales & Procurement Engineer

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (on-site)

Full-time | Monday – Friday (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions (including outside office hours if required).
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations in coordination with principals and management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Source materials, spare parts, and equipment from local and international suppliers.
  • Request quotations, evaluate technical/commercial offers, and negotiate terms with vendors.
  • Prepare purchase orders, coordinate with finance/logistics, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain updated vendor databases, pricing, and supply agreements.

Technical & Commercial Support

  • Review datasheets, technical documents, and specifications for compliance with client requirements.
  • Provide input on budgeting, cost estimation, and proposal development.
  • Support preparation of tender submissions, bids, and contract documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, procurement, and ongoing projects.
  • Assist management in achieving sales targets and improving procurement efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering
  • 01-02 years of relevant experience in sales, procurement, or supply chain (industrial/engineering sector preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering products and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
