Sales and Revenue Manager

As a Sales and Revenue Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth and success! This role directly manages and executes all revenue management systems and sales team activities to maximize total revenue, drive market share growth, and ensure sustained financial performance. What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and meet revenue targets.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Revenue/sales management role with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in revenue management or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
