Sales and Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer relationship skills along with good mechanical knowledge of automotive services and repairs.

Arabic speaking is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily sales operations at the branch
• Promote automotive services, repairs, and maintenance packages
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers by explaining service requirements and repair solutions
• Coordinate with workshop and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
• Achieve sales targets and improve branch performance
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Prepare sales reports and monitor branch KPIs
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or service operations
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles and automotive services
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Arabic speaker is mandatory
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
