We Are Hiring – Sales & Service Engineer (Infection Prevention Solution – IPS)

Position: Sales & Service Engineer – IPS

Location: Peshawar

Profile Summary:

Sales & Service Engineer with experience in Infection Prevention Solutions, skilled in product sales, installations, technical support, and after-sales service for healthcare facilities. Strong understanding of infection control standards and customer-focused service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Infection Prevention Solutions (disinfectants, sterilization systems, laundry system, CSSD, infection control products, etc.)
• Provide product demonstrations, installation, and technical support to healthcare facilities
• Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable IPS solutions
• Ensure proper after-sales service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare sales/service reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in Infection Prevention, medical devices, or healthcare solutions (preferred)
• Sound knowledge of infection control standards and hospital protocols
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site sup
