Sales and Service Engineer-(with Quetta domicile)

Key Responsibilities:

· Install and configure medical equipment and systems at client sites.

· Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality.

· Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on medical devices.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

· Provide on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals.

· Educate staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

· Maintain accurate service records and reports.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

· Work closely with sales and product teams to provide customer feedback.

· Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new technologies.

· Qualifications:

· Educational Background:

· DAE/ Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience:

· Proven experience as a Service Engineer in the healthcare industry or related field.

· Familiarity with medical devices and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).

· Technical Skills:

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
