Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, in person, or online to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a friendly, efficient manner
• Perform data entry accurately into company systems, ensuring all customer interactions are documented properly
• Support client services by providing timely information, processing transactions, and managing cash handling responsibilities when needed
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to manage customer records, prepare reports, and analyze service trends

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support roles is preferred
• Proven ability in sales enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities in English plus additional languages are highly desirable for serving diverse clients (Not Mandatory)
• Familiarity with data entry processes, cash handling procedures, and typing accuracy is advantageous
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills and professionalism in high-pressure situations
• Call center experience combined with good phone etiquette will help you excel in delivering top-tier service
