Sales and Service Representative

Overview

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and reporting effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
• Assist in cash handling processes as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
• Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is an advantage.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
