Sales and Support - Remote - Luxury Fashion

Prior experience with a women’s clothing or luxury fashion brand will be given preference.

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote role for a high-end fashion brand where you will be the primary point of contact for our International clients.

Key Responsibilities

• WhatsApp Management: Handle all incoming customer inquiries, orders, and support via WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
• Sales Conversion: Assist customers in selecting the right pieces, providing detailed product information to drive sales.
• Voice Support: Conduct phone calls with clients to confirm orders or resolve queries. Excellent spoken English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Order Coordination: Ensure all customer requirements (including custom sizing) are correctly recorded and passed to the production team.

Requirements

• Communication: Must be highly fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Professionalism: Experience in handling luxury or high-end retail clients is a plus.

Compensation & Details

• Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 PKR per month.
