The Sales Manager leads and directs the sales efforts of a team of agents. They are responsible for setting sales goals, recruiting, training, and retaining staff, and driving sales performance within industry. They also develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of agents, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Sales Strategy & Goals: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set sales quotas, and track performance against goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on life insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively guide the sales team.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and retain qualified insurance agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, provide feedback to agents, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and ethical standards.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights into performance and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,408.00 - $91,149.00 per year
