Sales Area Manager – Turkey

Istanbul, Turkey

TEXA is hiring a Sales Area Manager for the Turkish market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing TEXA’s commercial activities in Turkey, ensuring sales targets are met, expanding the distribution network, and strengthening the brand presence in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Turkish market.
  • Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions.
  • Manage commercial negotiations with distributor clients.


Market Development

  • Expand the network of local distributors and partners.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and strategic clients.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and industry meetings.


Technical Support & Training

  • Coordinate technical training activities for distributors.
  • Collaborate with the HQ technical team for post-sales support.


Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare periodic reports for HQ.
  • Collaborate with HQ sales and marketing teams for local promotions.


Skills:

  • Technical: Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and diagnostics.
  • Commercial: Negotiation skills, client management, business development.
  • Analytical: Sales data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting.
  • Relational: Leadership, intercultural communication.


Education : High school diploma or university degree (preferably in economics or related fields).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in international sales roles, preferably in the automotive aftermarket sector.
  • Familiarity with multicultural environments and Turkish market dynamics.


Language : Fluent English and excellent command of the local language.
