Sales Assistant

This position supports the sales process and vehicle tracking/scheduling. This role also plays a critical part in our marketing and will be responsible for maintaining the company website.

Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support the National Sales manager
• Provide support in generating used vehicle reports
• Manage tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate customer up-fits, movement of vehicles and local deliveries
• Receive into inventory new and used trucks and trailers purchases
• Organize and take photos of new and used trucks and trailers purchases
• Manage website for new and used trucks and trailers
• Scheduling vehicle transportation
• Review vehicle rebates and OEM marketing rebates
• Track incentives
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Computer entry and tracking
• Maintaining positive and open lines of communication
• Coordinate financial services and customer requests
• Additional duties as assigned

Sales Assistant Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license (CDL Preferred)
• Previous fleet sales or automotive sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Some mathematical abilities required
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• General Accounting Functions.
