Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will be versatile, organized, and able to handle a significant volume of quote requests and other sales-related tasks. Experience is helpful to hit the ground running, but experience is not necessary as we will provide training.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for quotations over phone and email
• Assist with order processing and scheduling deliveries
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales and/or wholesale distribution will be considered
• Previous experience in reading building plans and understanding of the construction bid/submittal process will be considered
• Previous experience with ERP software will be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese Chinese proficiency is preferred
