We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an IT company background. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong lead generation ability, and experience in calling and handling client queries. This role involves understanding client requirements related to IT services/products and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, online research, and networking.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce IT services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT products/services.
- Handle and resolve client queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into clients.
- Keep sales records updated (CRM, Excel sheets, follow-up lists).
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in an IT company).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead generation and cold calling experience.
- Ability to handle client queries and maintain good relationships.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.
