Sales Assistant

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills and be fluent in English. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service to help them find the right products.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the store with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products to meet their requirements.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Process billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Assist with stocking, inventory checks, and product display arrangements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to convince and close sales.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge is a plus.
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
