Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Assistant to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and documentation.
- Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp) and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry for leads, viewings, and deals.
- Schedule meetings, property viewings, and coordinate with agents and clients.
- Prepare reports, sales updates, and pipeline summaries for management.
- Support marketing activities, including listings updates, social media coordination, and property adverts.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and aligned with company policies.
- Coordinate between internal departments (Accounts, Admin, Marketing) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional company image at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and high level of professionalism.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
