Sales Assistant

Trans Light Electricals LLC distributes hardware tools and equipment from top manufacturers around the world, including well-known brands. We offer products for all kinds of applications, including electrical/ electronic parts, industrial supplies, and even home improvement needs. We are well known Radian wire and cable suppliers in UAE. We are looking for the customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Translight Electricals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable hardware tools and equipment.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Maintain product displays, ensure items are properly labeled.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or email professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse/stock team to check product availability and delivery schedules.
• Update daily sales records, customer details, and product information in the system.
• Help in generating leads and following up with customers when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Support in inventory counts, stock arrangement, and receiving deliveries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (preferably in hardware, electrical, or tools industry).
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
