Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in promoting the company’s infrastructure and geomatics services. The role involves client coordination, preparing sales documents, maintaining records, and assisting in lead generation to help achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and following up on potential clients
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and tenders
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather service details and project information
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and client follow-ups
• Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports
• Support marketing activities such as email campaigns and promotional materials
• Ensure timely communication and smooth sales operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams
• Prior experience in sales or infrastructure/technical services is an advantage

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
