Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling client accounts, addressing customer queries, supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional way.
• Manage daily customer interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer queries through in-person.
• Assist customers in understanding products and services, providing accurate information.
• Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable styling products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Build and retain strong relationships with repeat customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (Preferred).
• Hotel Management field (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer data and sales records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
