MISAR TRADING CO LLC is one of the leading importers of building materials, hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing materials in UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer databases.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and availability.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Monitor sales performance and track key metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Sales Assistant: 2 years (Required)
- Hardware or Building Materials: 2 years (Required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good Knowledge of UAE market and construction industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
