Join our Sales Operations department as a Sales Assistant. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills & computer proficiency.

The ideal candidate is a bright, hardworking sales operations professional who can effectively juggle multiple priorities while supporting sales reps with day-to-day needs. They do not sit back and wait. Instead, they proactively look for ways to be more efficient, complete tasks on time, and provide outstanding support to their team.

This person is a natural problem solver who uses their resourcefulness and initiative to navigate challenges and keep projects moving forward. The role requires frequent communication and collaboration with multiple internal departments, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across cross-functional teams is essential.


What to expect in this role on a given day:

  • Communicate and report directly to the Senior Executive Sales Assistant to assist in day-to-day tasks and urgent requests that come through from the sales team and other departments.
  • Prepare pricing quotes for prospective and existing customers and track open sales opportunities through completion.
  • Support sales transactions by preparing documentation, submitting internal requests, and reviewing invoices for accuracy.
  • Conduct customer and business record research using internal and external databases.
  • Review sales portfolios and customer accounts to identify upcoming renewals, expirations, or opportunities for follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to various account executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and activity tracking in CRM systems. Provide accurate data entry and database management.
  • Become the ‘go-to- person for all US sales administration matters.
  • Some travel may be required less than 20%


You will be a good fit for this position if you have:

  • A four year degree in business/communications or equivalent (required).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales operations role.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced experience with Excel.
  • Experience or good understanding of Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Must be able to show initiative in making informed decisions and manage multiple tasks and conflicting tasks.
  • Ability to own processes and take pride in continuous improvement to ensure our sales team is supported and their needs are met.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain motivation to get the job done.
