Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Manage office tasks such as maintaining records, entering data, and emailing clients
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Coordinate and schedule appointments using Google Calendar
- Transcribe notes, meetings, and other audio recordings as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems and computers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite

Please note that this is a part-time position ranging between 24-32 hours per week. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
