Sales Assistant

Job Functions And Duties

  • Order Processing, distributing applicable files/forms to the necessary departments.
  • General front office work, coordinating with other team members to relieve receptionist as needed.
  • Maintaining sales order files. Matching documents and filing them in the appropriate place for future reference.
  • Provide support for the Sales team.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors.
  • Back-up for Data/order entry – Entering customer information, order specifications, product item numbers, and selling prices. Processing change orders, working with the sales team.
  • All other duties as directed by manager.

Qualifications For Sales Assistant

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency using computers - specifically with Microsoft Excel
