A national boutique investment bank is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sales teams. The firm's emphasis is, but not limited to, products such as PIPES, registered directs, Reg D offerings, secondaries, and IPOs primarily in the biotechnology and technology sectors.
Job Duties (include, but are not limited to):

Organize, track, and ensure the progress of all required paperwork for multiple Sales Representatives to verify documents are completed correctly and on time

Facilitate the distribution of documents at the Sales Representatives' request to clients, including the sending of electronic signature documents

Respond to department-specific questions in a timely and accurate manner

Research, communicate, and resolve operational issues and potential problems to supervisors and other business units
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Ability to independently problem solve

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically with Outlook and Excel

An ability to learn and adapt to changing and occasionally fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet deadlines

Series 7 or 99 registration preferred but not required'
