Sales Assistant

Bott Radio Network is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative support, prospect research (50% of your time will be spent finding leads), client communication, and creative projects while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective business and ministry partners for our Account Executives.
• Schedule introductory meetings and help build new client relationships.
• Prepare sales materials, appointment packets, and basic proposals.
• Manage client records and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Assist with advertising copywriting and client communications.
• Support trade accounts and listener engagement initiatives.
• Help coordinate promotional events and represent BRN at community outreach opportunities.
• Provide occasional receptionist and administrative support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Previous office or administrative experience (5 years preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Creative thinking and an interest in marketing, advertising, or communications are a plus.
