Shakir Sons is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer communications, generating new business opportunities through calls, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the CCTV and accessories market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business.
- Follow up with existing clients to increase sales and repeat orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their requirements.
- Share product information clearly and professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. (Intermediate can be considered if having good experience.)
- At least 2 years of sales or customer handling experience.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling phone-based sales conversations.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship building.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
