Washington Commercial Painters is looking for an operations assistant.
This would be an IN OFFICE position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with communication from office with field staff
• Assist project managers and estimators
• Assist the safety coordinator
• Process various operation tasks
• Change Orders
• Job Numbers
• Contracts
• COI's
• Prequalification's
• Assist with badging

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Strong Computer skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented, able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
Must be able to write detailed reports

MUST PASS A MVR

Skills and abilities:
Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and a critical thinker
Possess strong computer and mathematical skills and perform accurate analysis within deadlines
Proficient in MS Office Programs such as Word, Power Point and Excel
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
