We’re now looking for a Sales Assistant — someone who’s confident, driven, and excited about closing deals, nurturing leads, and helping the agency grow to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inbound and outbound leads, following up via calls, emails, or messages.
- Pitch and close sales for agency services, digital products, or consultation offers.
- Support the Sales Manager/Founder in client communication, proposal creation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM tools or sales tracking sheets regularly.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead flow.
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure a smooth pre-sales experience.
- Help in setting and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated with agency services and offer information confidently to potential clients.
Requirements
- Experience in sales (preferably in Digital Marketing, Online Services, or High-Ticket Offers).
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Confident on calls, Zoom meetings, and client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work in flexible hours based on international client availability.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about closing deals.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and communication software.
- Bonus: Experience using LinkedIn, Instagram, or cold outreach tools for lead generation.
Salary & Compensation
- Basic Salary: ₨30,000 – ₨50,000 / month (based on experience)
- Commission: 5%–10% per sale (depending on the service or offer)
- Bonuses: On hitting monthly or quarterly sales targets
- Growth Opportunities: Fast-track to Sales Executive or Closer role within 3–6 months based on performance
