Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Assistant to support our Inside Sales team in driving revenue growth and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll handle administrative tasks, manage sales data, qualify leads, and ensure seamless operations – enabling our sales reps to focus on closing deals. Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Process inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and update CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accuracy.
- Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales materials for reps; schedule client meetings/demos.
- Data & Reporting: Track sales activities, generate performance reports, and maintain clean CRM records.
- Customer Communication: Respond to basic client emails/calls; escalate complex issues to sales reps.
- Process Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements to sales workflows and tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Research: Gather prospect/client insights to support targeted outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0-1 years in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication (written/verbal).
- Strong organizational skills & multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Education: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
