Job Summary

We are looking for a stylish, confident, and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our luxury abaya fashion team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to provide premium customer service to elite clientele in the UAE and Doha markets.

The Sales Lady will assist customers in selecting luxury abayas, explain product details, maintain showroom presentation, and support daily sales operations while representing the elegance and image of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable luxury abayas and tailoring options
• Explain fabric, embroidery, fitting, and customization details clearly
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and luxury visual presentation standards
• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-ins
• Coordinate with tailoring/design teams regarding customer requirements
• Assist with fittings, measurements, and order follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers
• Support social media content creation when required (basic product showcasing/reels/photos)
• Manage billing, invoicing, and daily sales records if needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in fashion retail, abaya sales, or luxury boutique sales preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Well-groomed with a strong sense of fashion and styling
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Knowledge of UAE/Doha fashion trends is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and customer handling
