We are looking for a Sales Assistant / Front Desk Officer to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to support both the sales team and daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Maintain front desk operations and manage incoming calls
- Support the sales team with documentation, client follow-ups, and scheduling
- Prepare and organize property files, contracts, and reports
- Update CRM systems
- Handle developers’ registrations
- Assist with general office and administrative duties
Requirements
- Experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage
- Chinese speaker is a must and must be fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
