We are looking for a Sales Assistant / Front Desk Officer to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to support both the sales team and daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally
  • Maintain front desk operations and manage incoming calls
  • Support the sales team with documentation, client follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Prepare and organize property files, contracts, and reports
  • Update CRM systems
  • Handle developers’ registrations
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage
  • Chinese speaker is a must and must be fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and friendly attitude
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
